Lo­cal painter Christophoros Asimis is in­spired by the 5-year op­er­a­tion of San­torini Arts Fac­tory fes­ti­val. The pro­tag­o­nists of his paint­ings are peo­ple who have par­tic­i­pated in the art, the­ater, dance and mu­sic sum­mer events.

14 Septem­ber - 7 Oc­to­ber At­lantis Ex­hi­bi­tion

A paint­ing ex­hi­bi­tion by San­torinian artist Irini Drosou which co­ex­ists in­ter­ac­tively with the mu­si­cal com­po­si­tion by Laoura Gini and spe­cific il­lu­mi­na­tion by Sakis Bir­bilis, an ex­pert on the­atri­cal light­ing and il­lus­tra­tions.

A rep­re­sen­ta­tion of the vol­canic erup­tion, with fire­works and mu­sic, tak­ing place at the vol­cano at 20.30. Af­ter the “erup­tion”, a concert with the String Demons takes place at Fira.

A pi­ano recital with Fil Li­o­tis and works by Mozart, De­bussy, Liszt, Al­b­eniz.

An evening of Op­er­atic Mu­sic with Cel­lia Costea (So­prano) from Ro­ma­nia, Tas­sis Chris­toy­an­nis (Bari­tone) and Caro­los Zouganelis (pi­ano). They will per­form arias and duets from Op­eras and Operettas by Verdi, Puc­cini etc.

30 Septem­ber Dis­tin­guished Gen­tle­man’s Ride

The world's largest char­i­ta­ble mo­tor­cy­cle event for clas­sic and vin- tage bikes own­ers to raise aware­ness for Prostate Cancer Re­search and Sui­cide Pre­ven­tion Pro­grams. In vil­lages around the is­land.

5-7 Oc­to­ber San­torini Ex­pe­ri­ence

For the 4th con­sec­u­tive year, San­torini Ex­pe­ri­ence is here for am­a­teur and pro­fes­sional ath­letes. On Fri­day 5 Oc­to­ber, chil­dren take part at the 1km race. On Satur­day 6 Oc­to­ber run­ners race along the caldera, from the De­sali­na­tion Fac­tory in Oia to Fira. On Sun­day 7 Oc­to­ber, swim­mers are com­pet­ing in the im­pos­ing 1.5 mile/2.4 km dis­tance from the vol­cano to the Old Port in Fira.

6 Oc­to­ber A mono­logue

Greek ac­tor Gerasi­mos Ski­adare­sis re­cites a mono­logue of an in­sane per­son.
