Submit past 5 years’ tax returns for fishing loss assessment

In reference to your Editorial “Low fishing catches”, I am fully in support of compensation for fishermen for their loss of income due to lower catches. Let them submit their tax returns for the past five years so the authorities can assess how much their losses may be.
