These type of products should not be put out for sale in this manner

While browsing through a once popular department store downtown, I came across containers (in the east wing) filled with what looked like electrical extension cords neatly wrapped, put out for sale in the passageway traversed by shoppers and staff alike. My consternation is, unsuspecting and unknowledgeable housewives, and other shoppers, might purchase these items in the absence of proper electrical guidance and advice. The point here is that these type of products require expert advice and should not be put out for sale in the manner as witnessed. Sincerely,
