66 new COVID-19 cases confirmed

he Ministry of Health yesterday confirmed 66 new cases of OVID-19.

The new cases were confirmed by the ministry’s updated OVID-19 dashboard, after 1,372 more tests were done.

The new cases increased the country’s total number of cases o date to 38,817.

According to the statistics recorded on the dashboard, 21 new ases were recorded in Region Four, 16 cases in Region Six, 12 n Region 5, 6 in Region Nine, 5 in Region Three, 3 in Region even and 1 in Regions One, Two and Ten.

The dashboard also showed 11 persons in the COVID-19 ntensive Care Unit (ICU), 699 persons in home isolation, 43 ersons in institutional isolation and 6 persons in institutional uarantine. The country’s total number of deaths remained 028.
