Police ranks have not received Credit Union dividends since 2011

Can you assist me to find out from the management of the Guyana Police Force when will the credit union be paying ranks their dividend? Ranks have not received dividends since 2011 although the Annual General Meeting was held. Calls were made to relevant offices without success on the payment. The number is 226-5288. The PRO is always busy and always promises to return call.
