Toxic transport?

In a letter to the editor, published in Saturday’s Stabroek News, writer Sherwood Lowe asked that the EPA be questioned about the rules for transporting toxic material or toxic containers on the roads as a result of seeing a pick-up truck transporting barrels labelled “toxic” in its tray along the East Coast Demerara highway at La Bonne Intention. The photograph of the truck was inadvertently not published. Stabroek News regrets the omission.
