They suddenly disappear and just as suddenly reappear, these reported missing youths, in particular, young ladies. The public is asked to assist with locating them, yet when they surface and return home, no explanation is provided to the public. Just silence. It leaves one to draw conclusions, on this emerging phenomenon, on the clandestine nature of the disappearing act in the first place. Valuable resources and time are deployed in these cases, which it seems, have no criminal basis or intent. But a report was made and so an investigation must be launched.
