Electricity theft is again the mother of all excuses

The old and tired reason of electricity theft is again being proffered by GTT as an excuse for its inability to offer a salary increase. It would appear the 2020 increase made in 2021, is all the company is prepared to offer at this time. Is the company doing all it can, and exploring all ways and means to make an offer, or is it a done deal, and the employees left to become collateral damage because of theft and vandalism, age old complaints, which successive administrations of the company have not been able to tackle with any degree of achievement?
