The RFI appeared in Sunday’s edition of Kaieteur News. The advertisement said that the RFI will facilitate a survey of the market to evaluate the firms with capacity to execute the works described. It emphasised that it the RFI not a short-listing or a prequalification exercise.

Eligible firms are invited to submit the information by January 17, 2022.

The money from the Norway arrangement which will enable these solar projects had originally been intended for the Amaila Falls Hydropower Project.
