Culture Ministry wins top Mash band prize
-designer of the year is Nelsion Nurse
The Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sport is the top winner in this year’s annual Mashramani Costume and Float Parade and the designer of the year is Nelsion Nurse
This Mashramani parade saw participation from 22 Mash Bands. The winners in this year’s parade, as released by the Ministry of Culture are as follows:
