Este atractivo fue inaugurado en el 2016 llevando el nombre del fundador detrujil lo. El paseo se encuentra ubicado en el centro histórico delaciudad. El paseo juande Me dina, comprende 3,708 metros cuadrados combina dos con toldos que evocan el ambiente marino de la bahía azul y sirve como punto de referencia, tanto para los pobladores de la región, como para turistas.
