Después de un COVID severo es mi renacer, Impact Junkie entró en mi vida justo en el momento que lo necesitaba y fue el instrumento que Dios me puso para formalizar, fortalecer y continuar con el propósito que ya había empezado, pero no lo tenía definido como un proyecto de vida y empresa. Aprendí mucho con la metodología del programa, se me dificultó porque no es lo mismo hacer un proyecto para la empresa para crecimiento de ventas, que un proyecto de proyección social donde me expone como persona y como filosofía de empresa y me hizo pensar, ¿lo podré lograr ¿? Me dio temor la sensación de no poder y que es una gran responsabilidad un proyecto de estos, pero me sensibilizó, me hizo interiorizar, y aceptar que puedo dar mucho con mi talento y dones. Me di cuenta que ya lo hacía de mucho tiempo atrás, solo lo estructuré y sobre todo reconocí que creceré como persona y profesional ayudando, dejando huellas y un gran legado.

After a severe COVID is my rebirth, Impact Junkie came into my life just when I needed it and was the instrument that God put me to formalize, strengthen and continue with the purpose that I had already started, but had not defined as a life project and business.

I learned a lot from the methodology of the program, even though it was difficult for me because it is not the same to build a project for the company for sales growth as a project of social projection where I expose myself as a person and as a company philosophy which made me think, will I be able to achieve it? I was afraid of not being able to do it and that such a project is a great responsibility, but it sensitized me it made me internalize and accept that I have a lot to give with my talent and gifts. I realized that I had been doing it for a long time, just structured it, and recognized that I could grow as a person and professional by helping, leaving footprints, and a great legacy.

Así mismo conocí una comunidad que siente, piensa y desea accionar como yo para cambiar Honduras y que no somos unos locos, sino soñadores con un buen corazón.

“Mujeres y Comunidades Soñadoras” es mi gran sueño, un proyecto basado en mi experiencia como ejecutiva, emprendedora, fundadora y con muchas condiciones crónicas de salud como el Lupus y otras 12 enfermedades más que me han incapacitado a desempeñar mis roles normalmente, viviendo retos, luchas, desafíos. Es así como mi misión se ha convertido en ayudar a mujeres en condiciones similares a las mías (Mujer emprendedora, Mujeres con enfermedades crónicas y discapacidad física visible o invisible), a cumplir sus sueños y que sean agentes multiplicadores en sus comunidades.

Los próximos pasos en este año, son dar a conocer el programa, conseguir financiamiento para fortalecer, desarrollar e impactar el proyecto, que al día de hoy he mantenido según mis capacidades como persona y empresa, de esa forma pude desarrollar el programa con un grupo de mujeres que tuve la bendición de darles un taller de turismo rural y continúo dándole seguimiento para que cumplan sus sueños.

Uno de los logros que me emociona es poder contar con la revista Mujeres & Negocios y Wanndha Pavón como su fundadora y mi mentora del programa de Impact Junkie. Ella al enterarse de mi proyecto que ya lo estaba haciendo realidad, no lo pensó dos veces en utilizar la revista para contar las historias de todas las mujeres que conozco que son emprendedoras y discapacitadas o enfermedades crónicas.

Todos tenemos tanto que dar y ofrecer, Dios nos dotó de talentos y habilidades, nos permite vivir procesos para crecer y evolucionar con ellos. Busquemos el propósito de la mano del positivismo y pensar en el dolor del prójimo. No podemos pasar por la vida sin dejar huellas.

Honduras es el país más diverso de Centro América y con una belleza invaluable; ¡el corazón de su gente! Debemos Potenciarla.

I also met a community that feels, thinks, and wants to act like me to change Honduras and that we are not crazy but dreamers with good hearts.

"Mujeres y Comunidades Soñadoras" is my big dream, a project based on my experience as an executive, entrepreneur, and founder, and many chronic health conditions such as Lupus and 12 other diseases that have made me unable to perform my roles as expected, living challenges, struggles, and challenges. This is how my mission has become to help women in similar conditions to mine (women entrepreneurs, women with chronic illnesses and visible or invisible physical disabilities), to fulfill their dreams, and to be multiplying agents in their communities.

The future steps for this year are to publicize the program and obtain funding to strengthen, develop and impact the project, which to date I have maintained according to my capabilities as a person and company, so I could run the program with a group of women that I had the blessing of giving them a rural tourism workshop and continue to follow up so that they can fulfill their dreams.

One of the achievements that thrill me is being able to count on Mujeres & Negocios magazine and Wanndha Pavón as its founder and my mentor in the Impact Junkie program. When she heard about my project that was already making a reality, she didn't think twice about telling the stories in the magazine of all the women I know, entrepreneurs with disabilities or chronic illnesses.

We all have so much to give and offer, and God gifted us with talents and abilities, allowing us to live processes to grow and evolve with them. Let's find the purpose of the hand of positivism and think about the pain of others. We cannot go through life without leaving footprints.

Honduras is the most diverse country in Central America with an invaluable beauty, the heart of its people! We must empower it.
