Class Act

In November, L’Ecole, School of Jewelry Arts, which is supported by Van Cleef & Arpels, will launch its first overseas campus in Hong Kong. Located at K11 Musea, Victoria Dockside, L’Ecole Asia Pacific is the school’s second campus (the first is at Place Vendôme in Paris). Spanning two floors, it houses classrooms, workshops, exhibition spaces and a library with more than 600 books on jewellery arts. Anyone who’s interested in learning more about the fine art of jewellery-making is welcome to enrol for its courses. To start, there are 17, under the three main themes of Savoir-Faire (Craftsmanship), Art History of Jewelry and the Universe of Gemstones.
