A brand new Pig is slated to open this summer in the county of

Sussex. The Pig in the South Downs is located within the Grade II-listed Madehurst Lodge. It boasts kitchen gardens as well as a two-acre vineyard - it’s hoped the plot could yield up to 4,000 bottles of sparkling or 6,000 bottles of still wine, possibly as early as the summer of 2022.
