Lotte is a creative consultant and former editor of Elle UK. On page 32, she explores the stimulating side of Seattle. What is your favourite city for art? ‘I love the galleries of downtown LA, particularly Hauser & Wirth. Last time I visited, singer Solange Knowles was wandering around.’

Chris is a travel writer and photographer currently living and working in Jakarta, which he writes about on page 42. What is your favourite city for art? ‘ Tana Toraja in Sulawesi, Indonesia. Sculptors there carve intricate traditional motifs into wood with just a pocket knife.’

Muhammad is a Jakarta-based photographer who recently published his first monograph, Rebel Riders, about Indonesia’s Mad Max-style Vespa riders. What is your favourite city for art? ‘Berlin – it’s a great ecosystem for artists, it has amazing museums and the people are open to anything.’
