Man told to sue over affair

A migrant worker from Guizhou province phoned police after finding his wife and another man inside his car in Nan’an city on Tuesday. Xiao Yong, 29, called a hotline for help at about 3 am and urged police to detain the man, a fellow villager, because he was having an affair with his wife. Police suggested Xiao go to court to settle his case as it was a moral, not a criminal, matter.
