Customer detains shop clerk

A man who pretended he wanted to buy a garment for his wife detained a store owner for 12 hours in late January, and withdrew 6,000 yuan from her bank account. The man, from Anhui province, asked the woman to bring the garment to his home in the Huangyan district of Taizhou. After she arrived, he sexually harassed her, police said. He was arrested.
