Mi­gas’ new Med-in­spired menu

Span­ish chef Miguel Casal has up­dated Mi­gas Mer­cado’s menu with 15 new dishes for the win­ter sea­son, in­clud­ing three-hour cooked chicken and black truf­fle meat­balls, roasted pork trot­ter cubes, sea cu­cum­ber and chick­pea puree, all of which com­bine Chi­nese and Mediter­ranean cuisines.
