In the driver’s seat
Zhao Jiasheng, 83, cheers after passing the third section of his driver’s license test in Jinan, Shandong province, on Wednesday. After completing the fourth, and final, written section later in the day he became the first person older than 70 to obtain a license in Jinan following the scrapping of a cap on the age of first-time drivers.
