Tai Ping × Jamy Yang

Bespoke carpet manufacturer Tai Ping has launched Transcendent, a striking new collaboration with award-winning industrial designer Jamy Yang, founder of Shanghaibased consultancy Yang Design and the Yang Design Museum, China's first private industrial design museum.

With Transcendent, Yang has sought to highlight the craft and tradition of handtufting with designs such as Nova 1 (seen here), which evokes the prolific designer's vision of hyperspace in a three-dimensional work of art.
