Chinese New Year is the city’s biggest and brightest festival. The arrival of the Year of the Dog will be marked on New Year’s Day with the International Chinese New Year Night Parade, featuring spectacular floats and more than 3,000 performers winding their way through the streets of Tsim Sha Tsui (8pm to 9.45pm).
