Chinese New Year is the city’s biggest and brightest festival. The arrival of the Year of the Dog will be marked on New Year’s Day with the Internatio­nal Chinese New Year Night Parade, featuring spectacula­r floats and more than 3,000 performers winding their way through the streets of Tsim Sha Tsui (8pm to 9.45pm).
