Aulis Hong Kong, the brainchild of renowned chef Simon Rogan, has opened for soft launch in the heart of Causeway Bay. This is the Brit’s first internatio­nal venture, and is a branch of his revolution­ary “up close and personal” chef’s table and developmen­t kitchen at two-Michelin-starred L’Enclume in Cumbria. The tencourse menu of highly progressiv­e dishes will be served to just 12 guests at a time, starting from HK$1,480 per person (add $680 for wine pairing).
