This month sees the launch of Fini’s by Red Sauce Hospitalit­y, in historic Stone Nullah Lane in Wan Chai. Stone Nullah Tavern, which currently occupies the prime location, will make way for the New York-style pizza and pasta joint. Pies will be cooked in a custom-built copper-dome oven, and pastas will include familiar Fini’s menu items like Pappardell­e Nose-to-Tail Bolo and Fettuccine Funghi.
