This month sees the launch of Fini’s by Red Sauce Hospitality, in historic Stone Nullah Lane in Wan Chai. Stone Nullah Tavern, which currently occupies the prime location, will make way for the New York-style pizza and pasta joint. Pies will be cooked in a custom-built copper-dome oven, and pastas will include familiar Fini’s menu items like Pappardelle Nose-to-Tail Bolo and Fettuccine Funghi. Soho favorite Linguini Fini will also transform into a Fini’s restaurant, with a revamped back patio and an updated façade. linguinifini.com
