Stars Abound

Results of the Michelin Guide 2019 Hong Kong Macau have been delivered and it’s great news for foodies. Highlights include six new restaurants debuting with a star in this latest edition, plus two more restaurants elevated to three stars. French establishment Ecriture, led by Chef Maxime Gilbert, was among the recipients, newly bestowed with two Michelin stars. Congratulations to all!
