Amber, the two star Michel in restaurant at The Landmark Mandarin Oriental, has been closed since December for renovations. But it’s now back – and with a new healthy twist! The menu dispenses with dairy products, minimises refined sugar and reduces salt, inviting diners to appreciate flavours in their purest form. Culinary Director and Chef Richard Ekkebus has spent the last four months reinventing the restaurant’s approach to fine dining to deliver a healthier experience for all. This is an intimate, modern Spanish fine-dining experience with a maximum of six guests at a time. The exclusive meal showcases seasonal and off-menu dishes that are also not on La Rambla’s menu.
