We love Headspace!

It’s an app to assist with mindfulnes­s and meditation.

Our Mum and Dad have the app on their phones, and they let us use it when we can’t fall asleep or we have lots of thoughts that keep us awake!

We chose the kids exercises; you can select them by age group. Most sessions take around five to 10 minutes; the older you are the longer they go. We listen to Headspace once or twice a week.

Sadie: “I like listening to Andy; he helps me fall asleep by relaxing me and making me feel calm.”

Róisín: “I tell my friends to listen to Andy when they’ve had a busy day and can’t relax. It’s also good when you are feeling upset or worried.”
