CANADIAN INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL OF HONG KONG

-

A FAMILY’S PERSPECTIVE Rachel and Todd Middagh have been in Hong Kong for nine years and have two children in CDNIS: Violet (Grade 6) and Jasper (Grade 4)

As a Canadian family living internationally, we chose CDNIS to give our children a sense of Canadian identity. Of course, they received so much more! The IB programme is preparing them to matriculate to schools around the world, allowing them to continue to grow as members of a global community. This is a core value in our family, and we are thrilled that it is also a major part of both principle and practice at CDNIS.

A NOTE FROM THE SCHOOL

For 30 years, CDNIS has been a benchmark for educational excellence; our school enjoys a strong reputation as one of the top international schools in Asia. Not only are CDNIS students great scholars, but they are also considerate, kind and empathetic human beings who are encouraged to think independently, work collaboratively with others and initiate their own learning.

What’s new?

As CDNIS prepares to celebrate our 30th anniversary this year, we have been actively evaluating our impact on the physical and social environment. We will release our second Education for Sustainable Development (ESG) Report in autumn 2021, highlighting the ways in which everyone at the school is working towards that common goal, and providing an overview of the environmental, social and governance impacts. You can read more on this on the following page.
