A FAMILY’S PERSPECTIVE The Lau family are from the UK, with a daughter in Year 4 at Shrewsbury, and a son in Year 6

We are proud to be founding members of the Shrewsbury community. First drawn to the school through its association with one the most well established co-educational independent schools in the UK and its incredible facilities, we have been extraordinarily well supported by the commitment of staff throughout the school.

While our daughter started life here in Reception, our son has made a steady journey towards the end of Key Stage 2. Both children thoroughly enjoy their time at school – they are engaged and learn new things. A wider commitment to performing arts has helped them to build confidence and a deep appreciation for music.

School selection for our son Brendan was handled with particular care. With so many options available to us in Hong Kong, we greatly appreciated the guidance and advice available through School Partnership Coordinator, Ms Chelly Tsang, and his Class Teacher, Mr Alex Sadler, and we felt well looked after throughout the application process. Brendan is now very much looking forward to starting in Year 7 this August!
