Guests also have the option of adding a new Seafood Tower of king prawns, oysters, king crab legs and more for brunch, before tucking into Los Platos Principales. Festive Brunch is available on 25, 26, 27 and 31 December, and 1 and 2 January (12-4pm, $498); the Christmas Dinner Tasting Menu is on 24 and 25 December (6pm, $580, and 8pm, $680), and the NYE Tasting Menu is on 31 December (6pm, $680, and 8.30pm, $790).
