The Aubrey, the eccentric izakaya on the 25th floor of the Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong is launching a new Signature Cocktail menu inspired by the Japanese spirit of shochu. Created by hotel beverage manager Devender Sehgal, the menu is comprised of eight drinks, two per type of distilled shochu – Iki, Satsuma, Ryukyu, and Kuma – and celebrates the origins of Japan's most consumed spirit. mandarinoriental.com
