German expat Mario Paecke is not only a professional chef of some stature – currently the Chef de Cuisine at Margo in Central, in fact – he’s also a brilliant photographer. Since moving here in 2017, he has enjoyed capturing scenes of Hong Kong, from the mesmerising landscapes to neon-lit street scenes, and sharing them with the world.
