IMC-TSAO Foundation Charity Golf 2018

IMC Industrial Group and Tsao Foundation raises S$265,000 for elderly

IMC Industrial Group (IMCIG) and Tsao Foundation managed to raise over S$265,000 at the annual IMC-TSAO Foundation Charity Golf 2018 held at the Tanah Merah Country Club; the result of diligent work 4 months prior to the event.

All this was made possible by the generosity of IMCIG’S business associates and corporate customers and Tsao Foundation’s donors. In addition, the organizing committee is looking forward to receive another $100,000 grant from the Tote Board, as well as matching funds from the Agency for Integrated Care (AIC) Community Silver Trust grant.

The total amount raised will help to fund the eldercare services at Hua Mei Centre for Successful Ageing (HMCSA), one of the initiatives at Tsao Foundation which serves some 3,500 elders and their families.

Since 1993, the Hua Mei Centre for Successful Ageing (HMCSA) is a

one-stop, first-stop primary healthcare provider at Tsao Foundation. The Centre delivers team-managed medical, social, and psycho-emotional care primarily to adults aged 40 years and above living in the community. At the same time, it also offers support and guidance to their caregivers.

More than 100 IMC Industrial Group’s business associates and corporate customers, as well as donors from the Tsao Foundation participated in this charitable cause, to help towards capacity building needed for providing quality care for the elderly.
