Coravin Wine Preservation System

The new Model Two is improved for easier foolproof use and pours 20% faster than before. Coravin’s system allows you the freedom to pour and enjoy a glass of wine from any bottle at any time without pulling the cork. Argon gas pressurises the bottle and pushes out the wine; the needle is pulled out once done and the cork reseals itself, no air has gone into the bottle and the remaining wine can be preserved and continue to age for future enjoyment.
