Jimmy Choo’s Spring Summer Ad Campaign Stars Kaia Gerber

Jimmy Choo has unveiled their Spring Summer 2019 campaign starring Kaia Gerber. Following in the footsteps of her famous supermodel mother Cindy Crawford, Gerber features in a series of striking images

captured by world renowned fashion photograph­er Steven Meisel.

Meisel’s timeless images focus on Gerber’s ethereal beauty in a series of captivatin­g portraits capturing the fresh spirit of the new Helia bag and Raine sneakers. The campaign features a limited-edition Jimmy Choo branded t-shirt and hooded sweatshirt designed in collaborat­ion with creative directors, Mathias Augustynia­k and Michael Amzalag of M/M Paris.

Jimmy Choo, an icon of accessorie­s, also reveals this season’s eyewear collection in metal and acetate as seen on Kaia Gerber. The innovative design emphasises the distinctiv­e Jimmy Choo style, with bright colours and luxury décor.

Commenting on the choice of Gerber for the fresh campaign in a statement for the brand, Jimmy Choo creative director Sandra Choi said the shoe was the perfect fit as “Kaia leads the next generation of supermodel­s. Her timeless beauty and fashion pedigree enables her to be a true style chameleon that authentica­lly represents the dynamism of the Jimmy Choo brand transcendi­ng generation­s. It was a privilege to be able to work with Steven Meisel on capturing such striking images.”
