VERDICT As good as Srixon drivers have been over the years, they’ve never quite made a dent in the big dog market – and the ZX5 probably won’t change that, especially as the price has crept up from the previous model. That’s a pity as the ZX5 is a really good looking driver at address. It sounds good and comes with a very solid, albeit higher launching and spinning Evenflow Riptide shaft. Try one and, like us, you won’t be able to fault the simple ‘player’ good looks.
