Resorts World Sentosa’s luxurious eight-piece gourmet dumpling feast features an array of authentic Asian flavours from Hakka and Nonya to Japanese and Thai, all using only the finest ingredients.
Specially handcrafted by eight expert chefs from across RWS including Feng Shui Inn, Osia Steak and Seafood Grill, and Syun, each dumpling is a unique and elaborate delicacy showcasing each chef’s culinary repertoire and skill.
Feng Shui Inn’s Hakka-style dumpling is abundant with eight premium ingredients for an irresistible aroma and blend of flavours. Within sits braised 10-head abalone, smoked duck, five-spice pork belly, crab meat, Hokkaido dried scallops, salted egg, roasted chestnuts and mung beans. Redolent with an irresistible aroma and blend of flavours.
A sweet and savoury blue-tinted Peranakan treat, minced pork belly and tiger prawns are marinated in a housemade concoction, stir-fried and stewed slowly in pork bone stock, then robustly flavoured with mushrooms, dried shrimp, candied winter melon, and finally enhanced with Feng Shui Inn’s rich XO Chilli Sauce.
From Osia Steak and Seafood Grill, premium ingredients elevate timeless flavours with melt-inthe-mouth five-spice pork belly wrapped in glutinous rice sautéed with dried shrimps, roasted chestnuts, salted egg yolk and shiitake mushrooms.
Infused overnight with hoshi ebi, Ocean’s Jewels features French sea whelk alongside sweet preserved radish, salted egg yolk, chestnuts, shiitake mushrooms and Hokkaido dried scallops.
Siamese Jade Dumpling
Thai sticky rice is the inspiration. Glutinous rice with fresh coconut milk, palm sugar, lotus seed and a creamy taro filling are enveloped in banana leaves and then slow-roasted for an aromatic sweet treat.
Chest of Pearls
Borrowing from the traditional box sushi, Japanese rice is pressed with aburi and red miso Tajima Wagyu beef sous-vide and seared to lock in its juices and flavours. Best enjoyed chilled.
A wholesome creation, a trio of grains is enriched with soy milk and filled with treasures from the forest and the sea. Morel mushrooms, Lion’s Mane and shiitake sit alongside superior conpoy, golden oysters and succulent tiger prawns cooked in a superior stock.

A delicate dumpling that balances a subtle flowery natural sweetness with health benefits. Featuring wholesome grains, premium dried longan, kumquat, lotus seed, gula melaka, tapioca and azuki red beans, this sweet treat is slow-braised in a floral tea and pure longan honey.
