Cobra King 3D Printed Putters
Pushing The Boundaries Of Putter Performance
Pushing The Boundaries Of Putter Performance
After last year’s foray with the limited release King Supersport-35, Cobra goes full tilt with the world’s first complete line of 3D printed multimaterial putters. High MOI design, SIK face technology, and Cobra Connect’s data tracking deliver an industry first in putter performance and design.
The printed putters feature a 3D printed nylon lattice structure to deliver a high MOI design for enhanced stability and roll performance. In addition to optimising weight and increasing MOI, the lattice cartridge supports the body, damps vibrations and fine tunes sound. Each
model features a steel chassis, a forged aluminium crown, tungsten weights, and a SIK Face Insert to deliver unmatched stability and roll consistency on every putt.
Cobra partnered with SIK Golf to employ their Descending Loft Technology (DLT) - four descending lofts on the face to produce a consistent launch angle and roll whatever the putting style or stroke married to a 6061 aluminium insert for weight savings and a soft, yet crisp feel at impact.
The analytical minded will appreciate the Cobra Connect™ putter grips. The lightweight polyurethane Lamkin Sinkfit grips are embedded with electronically enabled sensors, and sync with the Arccos Caddie app to provide in-depth putting data. On average, golfers improve 3.6 strokes on their handicap in the first year.
KING GRANDSPORT-35
This oversize blade has a MOI comparable to oversize mallets. The multi-material construction features a 268g steel chassis, 21g forged aluminium crown, and an intricate 3D printed nylon lattice cartridge. Roughly half the weight of aluminium, nylon dramatically increases MOI and forgiveness. 30g of heel-toe tungsten further enhances stability on off-centre hits. An aluminium face insert features SIK’S DLT for the most consistent and accurate roll, while aluminium saves significant weight over steel yet provides excellent feel and feedback. The Tri-plane sole with centre relief adds versatility and a single sightline improves alignment. Available in 34”, 35”, and 41” Armlock model.
KING SUPERNOVA
An oversize fang design with a MOI over 5700 creates extreme stability by way of two 3D printed nylon lattice cartridges, a 291g steel chassis, 18g forged aluminum crown, and 42g of combined tungsten on the perimeter extremities. The two 3D printed lattice cartridges are key to creating MOI greater than other fang-style mallets. The aluminium SIK face insert features descending lofts of 4°, 3°, 2°, 1° to provide consistent roll and launch characteristics for every style of putting stroke. Available in 34” and 35”.
KING AGERA
With an extreme MOI over 7600, this oversize mallet features a 3D printed nylon cartridge, 261g steel chassis, 27g forged aluminium crown, and extreme tungsten weighting. Because of the nylon lattice, 53g of tungsten is redistributed to the perimeter to increase MOI. The Agera’s aluminium face insert utilises SIK’S DLT for optimally true putts. Available in 34”, 35”, 37.5” (ONE Length) and 41” Armlock model.
