CNC milling is the most precise way to make a premium putter, wedge or iron. The process is controlled by computer, so every edge, curve and radius is ultra precise and doesn’t need anywhere near the amount of hand finishing as a cast alternative. By taking away the inconsistencies of hand finishing, Cnc-milled putters have more defined edges. But because the mill cuts every surface, they don’t need painting to cover up areas of the head that can’t be hand polished. It’s a pricey way to make a golf club, but the end results speak for themselves.
