Eight-star hotel

With the unveiling of The Michelin Guide

Hong Kong–Macau 2019, the Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong made history by setting a world record for most Michelin stars under one roof, bringing home eight. Lung King Heen, the world's first three-starred Chinese restaurant, has retained its three stars for the 11th consecutive year. Joining Lung King Heen is French stalwart Caprice, earning the coveted three-star honour for the first time. The final jewel in the crown is the newest restaurant addition to the hotel, Sushi Saito, which has been recognised with two Michelin stars.
