Heavenly food in tropical paradise – what more could one ask for? This January, the pristine Outrigger Konotta Maldives Resort will feature the culinary creations of UK guest chef James Mackenzie. As the head chef and proprietor of the Michelin-starred Pipe and Glass in South Dalton, Yorkshire, England, Mackenzie will hold a cooking class on the beach and present a special five-course wine-pairing menu prepared by him on two evenings. His signature dishes – including duck three ways, Yorkshire pudding and forced Yorkshire rhubarb – will be available for visitors to taste from January 4 to 14.
