The one-of-a-kind piece from the brand’s autumn/winter 2020-2021 collection features the exceptional craftsmanship we’ve come to expect from couture, only in dream-like miniature inside an exquisite trunk modelled after the birthplace of Dior, Paris’s 30 Avenue Montaigne. Made of pinewood with leather and brass details, the cotton- and linen-lined trunk opens to reveal scaled-down versions of the season’s dresses by creative director Maria Grazia Chiuri. The magical showpiece is further proof of the petites mains’ meticulous handiwork.
