Its latest creations are Gai Bao Zai, steamed buns with slow-cooked Hainanese chicken, aioli, ginger and scallion pesto, and Toast of the Ocean, which looks like a cha chaan teng- style French toast yet it’s cooked with uni, salmon roe, dried shredded squid and chestnuts.”
