In honour of the war in Ukraine, Georgian designer Demna Gvasalia, who was himself a refugee of war at age 10, used the power of fashion to make a moving statement on current events. Models in stiletto heels and dramatic asymmetrical silhouettes trudged through an apocalyptic snowstorm, evoking feelings of sacrifice, encouragement and love.
