MORITZ GROSSMANN SKYLIFE BENU TOURBILLON
The Skylife BENU Tourbillon is a joint project between Swiss aviation company RUAG Aviation and German luxury watchmaker Moritz Grossmann. The timepiece features a flying three-minute tourbillon, with components that can be seen through the sapphire-crystal back. The dial showcases an aperture for the tourbillon that is unusually large thanks to the off-centre positions of the auxiliary dials for the seconds and hours. A little pusher by the side of the winding crown enables easy winding and setting of the hands. The strap, with a butterfly clasp that remains locked until the lateral safety buttons are pressed, ensures a snug fit on the wrist. The watch is made available only to aircraft owners.
