LOEWE’S LITERARY LOVES
Loewe adds a touch of the literary in its Fall Winter advertising campaign, which featured beloved titles in its campaign images. The brand will also publish a series of limited-edition literary classics, which will be available starting August 2018 in select international stores. The collection – which will be presented in a specially designed box – will be issued in cloth-bound hardcovers featuring special sleeves adorned with iconic Stevel Meisel images originally published as part of magazine fashion editorials. The vintage Meisel images have been repurposed for the book collection in a nod to the ongoing collaboration between the house and the photographer. The titles included in the selection are: Wuthering Heights by Emily Bronte; Dracula by Bram Stoker; Don Quixote by Miguel de Cervantes; The Picture of Dorian Gray by Oscar Wilde; Heart of Darkness by Joseph Conrad and Madame Bovary by Gustave Flaubert.
