Welcome aboard the Belmond British
Pullman, where the dining experience is equally matched by the elegant accommodations on board. For the next three months, starting August 2018, a series of “pop-up” dining events features some of the world’s most renowned chefs onboard the historic train.
On 18 August, award-winning chef Raymond Blanc OBE, Chef-Patron at Belmond Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons presents a menu of beautifully fresh ingredients and flavours inspired by a philosophy centred around organic and sustainable ingredients.
The following day, 19 August, awardwinning chef Clare Clarke MBE will craft a special Champagne afternoon tea celebrating Champagne Laurent-Perrier Cuvée Rosé 50th anniversary.
A month later, on 28 September, it is chef Michel Roux Jr’s turn. The two Michelinstarred chef will present a menu of specially crafted French courses. Rounding off the lineup is James Martin who will serve up a menu inspired by his Yorkshire roots on 16 November 2018. The series of events aboard the Belmond British Pullman will conclude with a uniquely curated experience with seven uniquely crafted dishes that bring to life the citrus botanicals of Tanqueray No. TEN, paired with matching cocktails.
Belmond British Pullman offers a host of journeys throughout the year from London Victoria Station, visiting some of Britain’s most famous cities, country houses, sporting and social events.
