Wel­come aboard the Bel­mond Bri­tish

Pull­man, where the din­ing ex­pe­ri­ence is equally matched by the el­e­gant ac­com­mo­da­tions on board. For the next three months, start­ing August 2018, a se­ries of “pop-up” din­ing events fea­tures some of the world’s most renowned chefs on­board the his­toric train.

On 18 August, award-win­ning chef Ray­mond Blanc OBE, Chef-Pa­tron at Bel­mond Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons presents a menu of beau­ti­fully fresh in­gre­di­ents and flavours in­spired by a phi­los­o­phy cen­tred around or­ganic and sus­tain­able in­gre­di­ents.

The fol­low­ing day, 19 August, award­win­ning chef Clare Clarke MBE will craft a spe­cial Cham­pagne af­ter­noon tea cel­e­brat­ing Cham­pagne Lau­rent-Per­rier Cu­vée Rosé 50th an­niver­sary.

A month later, on 28 Septem­ber, it is chef Michel Roux Jr’s turn. The two Miche­lin­starred chef will present a menu of spe­cially crafted French cour­ses. Round­ing off the lineup is James Martin who will serve up a menu in­spired by his York­shire roots on 16 Novem­ber 2018. The se­ries of events aboard the Bel­mond Bri­tish Pull­man will con­clude with a uniquely cu­rated ex­pe­ri­ence with seven uniquely crafted dishes that bring to life the cit­rus botan­i­cals of Tan­queray No. TEN, paired with match­ing cock­tails.

Bel­mond Bri­tish Pull­man of­fers a host of jour­neys through­out the year from Lon­don Vic­to­ria Sta­tion, vis­it­ing some of Bri­tain’s most fa­mous cities, coun­try houses, sport­ing and so­cial events.
