The discerning palate of high-flying oenophiles can finally be gratified with The VistaJet Wine Program. Sailing through skies at 45,000 feet is only truly remarkable with stemware in one hand – yet it’s a tall order given the erratic doldrums of flight: the altitude, the cabin pressure, and the air quality are all bound to the extravagant tempers of modern aviation.Yet, VistaJet Founder and Chairman, Thomas Flohr, has recently managed to give patrons the best possible gustatory experience with all five aspects of its new Wine Program.

These include The Wine in the Sky Questionnaire, a guide on selecting the most appropriate wines that considers the different effects of flying on the senses and the Signature Wine List with wines handpicked by Flohr that perform best in the sky. There is also the VistaJet Wine Club for members to explore a new bottle every month, bespoke Wine Tours with access to the world’s best winemakers, and the World of Wine Concierge that offers tasting advice prior to flight and at destination to help members discover wines and vineyards in any region they are visiting.
