Travellers who are fully vaccinated can travel to nine more countries from Singapore. The new destinations make up a total of 11 countries with which Singapore has an ongoing Vaccinated Travel Lane (VTL) arrangement. (See table.)

Under the said arrangement, travellers have to fly designated VTL flights and take two Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) tests – one before departure and another on arrival.

According to the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) website, Singapore-bound travellers may be required to serve a Stay Home Notice (SHN) and take tests before the end of their SHN depending on the their travel and transit history and Safe Travel Lane used. The said tests are the End-of-SHN Covid-19 PCR Test and the self-administered Antigen Rapid Test (ART).

Travellers will be informed of their end-of-SHN PCR test results verbally by phone or in person. Travellers with Singpass account can login to HealthHub for their PCR test results.
