SANTA ANA GIN

Inspired by the dancehall days of 1920s Manila and its crown jewel, the legendary Santa Ana Cabaret, this gin marries the essences of Ylang-Ylang, Alpinia, Calamansi, and Dalandan with seven traditional botanicals: Juniper, Coriander, Lemon, Bitter Orange, Angelica and Orris Roots, and Fennel.

For the local ingredients, the brand collaborates with Iba Botanicals, a sustainable farm in Zambales, on Luzon Island, where acres are devoted to high-qualityYlang-Ylang andVetiver, as well as Alpinia, Calamansi and Dalandan, of late.
