Cacao now
For one month only, famed Spanish confectioner Javier Guillén is taking over Café 103 at The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong. The chef, who has worked with the greats – including El Bulli’s Ferran Adrià and Pierre Hermé – has created the tantalising Ecuador Chocolate Afternoon Tea, available throughout November. The scrumptious set highlights the finest sustainable chocolates from Ecuador, made by hand from Ecuadorian cacao, milk from the Andes and sugar cane from the coastal plains. Each one has a distinct, Latin American-inspired shape that helps to tell the unique story of Ecuador and its cacao. Only true chocolate lovers need apply.
